Our Administration is organized by;

20 Specialized Departments at the headquarters;

I. Permanent Way Department: The unit responsible for the substructure and superstructure of our existing network.
II. Traction Department: The unit responsible for the locomotives and wagons of our Administration.
III. Passenger Department: The unit responsible for the passenger transportation.
IV. Financial Affairs Department: The unit responsible for the financial affairs of our Administration.
V. Freight Department: The unit responsible for the freight transportation.
VI. Health Department: The unit responsible for the sanitary affairs of our Administration.
VII. Foreign Relations Department: The unit responsible for the international relations of our Administration.
VIII. Personnel and Administrative Affairs Department: The unit responsible for our Administration's personnel.
IX. Supply Department: The unit responsible for the procurement of materials needed by the units of our Administration.
XI. Ports Department: The unit responsible for the ports affiliated to our Administration.
XII. Railway Construction Department: The unit responsible for the civil works of our Administration.
XIII. Research, Planning and Coordination Department: The unit responsible for R&D.
XIV. Factories Department: The unit responsible for the factories of our Administration.
XV. Training and Education Department: The unit responsible for the internal training and education programmes.
XVI. Facilities Department: The unit responsible for electrification, signaling, and telecommunication.
XVII. Information Technologies Department: The unit responsible for the data processing network of our Administration.
XVIII. Estates and Civil Works Department: The unit responsible for the real-estates of our Administration.
XIX. Restaurant and Sleeping Cars Department XX. Marketing Department: The unit responsible for the marketing activities of our Administration. XXVII.Traffic Department: The unit responsible for the train traffic of our Administration.
